However, we do not currently test our final products for gluten, and we cannot confirm that the product or any ingredients in the product are free of gluten. We strongly recommend that you first consult your doctor before using any product if you have Celiac disease or if you believe you have any form of gluten intolerance or sensitivity.

SUDAFED PE® products contain phenylephrine, which is a nasal decongestant. These products are available over the counter.

SUDAFED® products contain pseudoephedrine, which is a decongestant that relieves sinus or nasal congestion. These products are available behind the pharmacy counter. Due to the illicit use of pseudoephedrine to make methamphetamine, the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005 added additional requirements for consumers to access pseudoephedrine which include requirement to show identification and provide additional personal information.

All SUDAFED PE® and SUDAFED® products are aspirin-free.

4 of the SUDAFED PE® Products contain a pain reliever. SUDAFED PE® Sinus Pressure + Pain, SUDAFED PE® Head Congestion + Mucus, and SUDAFED PE® Head Congestion + Flu Severe contain acetaminophen for pain relief. SUDAFED PE® Head Congestion + Pain contains ibuprofen for pain relief.

DO NOT crush, break, chew or dissolve SUDAFED® 12 hour, SUDAFED® 24 hour, SUDAFED® 12 hour Pressure + Pain as they are extended release products and doing so will interfere with the proper release of the medicine.

SUDAFED® Congestion and SUDAFED PE® Congestion are immediate release products that may be crushed to allow for easier administration. DO NOT break in half to take a half dose as the product is not designed to split. Please refer to the product label for the appropriate dosing directions as well as the warnings prior to taking any medicine.
